1. Acceptance
By opening or using Typesol you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Typesol.
Typesol is not directed at children under 16. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the workspace.
2. Who we are
Typesol is an independent public goods project for the Solana ecosystem. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for the Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, Anza or any project listed on it.
Contact: eriks@solanabaltics.com.
3. What Typesol is and is not
- Typesol provides information: explanations, a directory of projects with sourced evidence, lessons and a practice area on Solana devnet.
- Typesol is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any project.
- Typesol has no fiduciary or advisory duty to you. You rely on anything shown here at your own risk.
- Typesol never holds, transfers or has access to your funds or keys. It is not a wallet, exchange, broker or custodian.
4. Sources and accuracy
- The information on Typesol is collected from public sources: official documentation, project websites and announcements, public code repositories, public on-chain data and public data providers.
- Every evidence row shows where it came from and when we last checked it. Information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and projects change without notice.
- A project is verified only where a row on its page says so; nothing else on Typesol is an endorsement, audit or guarantee of any project, team or token.
- Rankings are computed by one fixed formula from the sourced evidence shown on each project page; every project page says why it is ranked where it is. Some categories may open with editorial picks chosen by the Typesol team; these are labelled “Typesol pick” and are not scored. Rankings and picks are never paid for or sponsored.
5. Your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for every decision and action you take, including choosing, installing and using wallets, keeping your keys and recovery phrases safe, reviewing and signing transactions, and opening any site linked from Typesol.
- You are responsible for doing your own research and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and securities laws in your jurisdiction.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Typesol cannot reverse, refund or recover anything.
6. Practice area and devnet
The practice area uses Solana devnet. Test tokens have no value and cannot be converted into anything of value.
Anything you do on mainnet with a wallet or project you learned about here happens outside Typesol and at your own risk.
7. Third parties
Projects, wallets and services listed on Typesol belong to and are operated by others under their own terms and policies. Typesol does not control them and is not responsible for them.
Login runs on Privy, forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and RPC requests go to Helius. Their terms apply to those services.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your login secure; actions taken with your account are yours.
- Do not submit false or misleading suggestions or reports, scrape or overload the service, bypass rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or use Typesol to break any law or anyone's rights.
- We may suspend or remove accounts and submissions that break these terms.
9. Content and brands
Typesol's own text may be linked to and quoted with attribution.
Project names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.
10. No warranties
Typesol is provided as is and as available, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability or that it is free of errors or harmful components.
11. Assumption of risk
Digital assets and blockchain networks carry serious risks, including total loss of value, smart contract and protocol bugs, network outages, phishing and fraud, regulatory change and the irreversibility of transactions. By using Typesol you accept these risks in full.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Typesol, its operator, contributors and anyone involved in making it are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected with Typesol or your reliance on it, including lost funds, tokens or digital assets, lost profits or data, failed or mistaken transactions, actions of third parties, and indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid to use Typesol, which is nothing.
13. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Typesol, its operator and contributors from any claim, loss, liability and expense, including legal fees, arising from your use of Typesol, your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or stop any part of Typesol at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Typesol's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Typesol about its use.
